We use Australia Post as well as various freight companies, local couriers and more. We choose the most efficient, reliable and cost effective shipping method for each order. Our delivery charges are based on the volume and weight of your purchase as well as your delivery destination. Your delivery charge is calculated and included at the checkout stage of your purchase.  Please note that some items are bulky in size but are not heavy, however freight is based on the size of the parcel. Customers will receive an automated email advising them that the item has been despatched together with all relevant shipping and communication details. Shipping price includes insurance and signature on delivery (unless  authority to leave).


We experience delivery timeframes of 1-3 working days depending on your location, however delivery can be longer as standard delivery times issued by our freight companies can range from 2-10 business days.


We process orders as soon as possible after the purchase and endeavour to ship the same day but can be up to 1-2 working days to process your order.  We are unable to guarantee time of delivery.


It is the responsibility of the customer to track orders and inform Mydesilook if an order does not arrive.  Once we learn an order has not arrived within the outlined delivery time range, we will lodge enquiries with the courier to ensure delivery occurs as soon as possible.  We will not be held liable for any loss or damage resulting from late delivery once despatched from our premises.  By ordering from Mydesilook, you agree to our terms and conditions includes any cancellations/refunds.

Please note that if an item has been lost in transit, we will endeavour to investigate the issue and a refund may be offered at the discretion of Mydesilook.

Without limiting the operation of any other Terms and Conditions herein, we will not accept liability for any loss or damage arising from items lost, stolen or damaged after delivery has taken place.

It is your obligation to enter the correct delivery address details at time of ordering. If you enter the wrong address, we are not obliged to re-send the order to the correct address at our expense.

Customers have the option to have their items shipped either to their front door or to a local collection point – if you are not home the parcel will be taken to a local collection point. Once the package arrives at the collection location, an email alerts you. If the drop is to a locker the alert includes a locker number and a pickup code. Your simply enters the code on the touch-screen display at the location and picks up your package.

Some items are covered by insurance only when signature upon delivery is received. Insurance cover commences from the time your item is picked up and scanned by the courier, and until the item is delivered to the receiver.




We may offer free delivery as part of promotional activities throughout the year. Please note that free delivery is by Standard Shipping only.

EXPRESS SHIPPING (FLAT RATE - $18.00 for up to 3 kgs)

By selecting Express Post, this service is generally 1-4 business days (no longer guaranteed by Australia Post for next business day), as long as the address is within the express post network.  Correct address details within the express post network is the responsibility of the customer.  Orders must be placed before 1pm (Monday to Friday) so we have sufficient time to pack and despatch your item via Express service. Orders places after this time or during weekends will be sent the next business day. Mydesilook is not responsible for incorrect address, incomplete address details, or responsible for delivery timeframes once orders are despatched. We are not responsible for any delays once despatched from our warehouse.


You will need to provide the courier - Authority to Leave (ATL) on the shipping notes of your order if you you would like your items left in a safe place.  Please note, by giving the courier ATL, Mydesilook and the couriers are not responsible for any missing items.  No replacement, refunds or insurance can be made as we cannot provide proof of delivery as no signature required with ATL consignments.
